Project Administrator: the Nahrein Network

The AHRC-funded Nahrein Network fosters the sustainable development of antiquity, cultural heritage and the humanities in Iraq and its neighbours. The 50% FTE project administrator will be run the Project Office, provide administrative support, and act as the Network's principal point of contact. S/he will play a key role in supporting the principal investigator in handling the day-to-day running of the network and project, including budget responsibility. In addition, s/he will facilitate project events, maintain the website and assist with communications (including social media).

£24,020 - £27,316 per annum (pro-rata)

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the higher education sector, ideally on project work; will be able to demonstrate excellent IT (including web-site design and maintenance) and organisational skills; and the ability to carry out all administration relating to this project including co-ordination of network participants and day-to-day budget responsibility.
