Associate Editors are Professor David Seddon (University of East Anglia), Dr David Shankland, University of Bristol, Dr Lloyd Ridgeon, University of Glasgow and Dr Ersun Kurtulis, University of Kent. The book review Editor is Dr Hendrik Kraetzschmar at the University of Leeds.
The Journal contains academic research articles, book reviews and a bibliographical section. All BRISMES members are invited to contribute to the Journal.

The Newsletter is published three times a year and aims to keep the members informed of developments in Middle Eastern Studies.
