This year’s conference dinner will be hosted at the Refectory in the University of Leeds, taking place on Tuesday 25 June at 19:00! As well as the delicious three-course menu, the price of the ticket includes half a bottle of red or white wine (or a non-alcoholic alternative).
A separate booking is required to attend the conference dinner, as spaces are limited. Please book your ticket via Eventbrite, here.
The menu features vegetarian options and can be adjusted according to other dietary needs (see notes below) – please just let us know at the time of booking:
Starter: Shawarma-Style Cauliflower Salad, Moroccan Houmous, Freekah & Pomegranate (vegan)
Main course: Seared Salmon Fillet, Locally-Grown Asparagus Tips and a Herb Hollandaise Sauce or Wild Mushroom and Sweet Potato Timbale (vegetarian)
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Tart with Raspberry Apple Ice Cream & Spring Berries or Mango & Pineapple Eton Mess Pots

– If you have any dietary requirements or intolerances, please do let us know at the time of booking, so that we can ask our catering staff to make the appropriate adjustments wherever possible. Please note that catering staff may be unable to make adjustments after Thursday 20 June 2019.
