Registration and Rates

Presenting delegates
Registration for the 2023 BRISMES conference is now open for those whose abstract and panel submissions have been accepted. The registration period for speaking delegates will be from 2 February until 21 March 2023. If you would like your presentation to be included in the programme, please make sure to confirm your attendance by completing your registration during this period. After registration closes, the conference programme will be finalized and we will not be able to accept late registrations. Please note that you may participate in no more than two sessions, either as an individual/co-authored presenter or a panel participant.
If your paper has been accepted for inclusion in the programme, you will have received an email notification inviting you to confirm your attendance by registering for the conference. Please follow the link provided in the email in order to register.
Non-presenting delegates
If you would like to attend the conference without presenting a paper, you will be able to register after the conference programme has been finalized. We expect to open registration for non-presenting delegates in mid-April. The programme and registration information will be made available on the website in due course.
Bursaries
We are delighted to announce the availability of some bursaries for BRISMES members presenting at the conference through the Solidarity Fund to subsidize registration fees, visa and accommodation costs for colleagues without access to institutional funds or suffering financial hardship.
If you think you are eligible for this funding, please complete this form by 22 February 2023. You will be asked in the form to explain your lack of access to other means of funding and to indicate whether you need the Solidarity Fund for registration fees, visa or accommodation costs.
We will endeavour to inform you of whether your application is successful or not by 14 March 2023. This will give you time to register for the conference before the registration period closes on 21 March 2023 if your application is unsuccessful.
Registration Rates
The tables below detail registration rates for BRISMES members and non-members. Registration fees include a welcome reception on the evening of Monday, 3 July and lunch on 4 July 2023.
You are encouraged to become a BRISMES member in order to avail of reduced registration fees. Please note that membership is required for the registration of students and unwaged academics, as this is a subsidized rate.
